This product discovery phase alowed me to highlight the points of optimization and to classify them according to their impact in terms of gain for the experience compared to their design/integration cost. In addition, this exercise helped us prioritize the key topics to be addressed during the workshop phases.
I created the prototypes ot the 2 platforms on Axure. This tool allows you to create highly interactive paths. In a logic of co-design, I animated regular Design Reviews to present the work done to the client. The developers were also quickly integrated into the process in order to present the methodology and validate the feasibility of our solutions.
In order to validate our hypotheses and to test the usability of the interfaces, I created test protocols for the Fans & Creators platforms. The tests were performed with Testapic. After formalizing the results, I prioritized and otimized the prototype accordingly.
In addition to the prototypes showing how the products work, I created a design system with all the recurring components off the platforms. This way the tech team was able to implement a pixel-perfect design from the components in the design system but also they could see the interactions in the prototypes.

I had the chance to follow the Mym project from A to Z, from the appeal hearing to the launch. This experience gave me a global vision of the issues involved in creating a digital product. I was able to develop my skills in project management, user experience design and communication. Coordinating different teams and dealing with the unexpected were stimulating challenges that helped me to progress.
